FRIDAY, the 10th of February 2012 for Nordic residents
- Doors open at 9am. Registration at 10am. Please do your own warm up and audition begins at 11am.
- Callbacks will be on Saturday and Sunday. In case of callback, please have a short solo prepared of maximum 3 minutes.
SATURDAY, the 11th of February 2012 for International dancers
- Doors open at 9am. Registration at 10am. Please do your own warm up and audition begins at 11am.
- Callbacks will be on Sunday. In case of callback, please have a short solo prepared of maximum 3 minutes.
Danish Dance Theatre is having its annual audition and will be looking for dancers with strong modern and classical technique. The company performs works by Artistic Director Tim Rushton and guest choreographers from around the world. DDT's season includes a minimum of 70 performances which take place in Copenhagen, as well as a broad range of national and international touring.
To apply, please submit the following by email:
CV; 1 headshot photo; 1 full length photo and contact information - which should be marked clearly with address, email address and telephone numbers. Please note: You will NOT be accepted to the audition if we do not receive both head and full length photos from you.
- If you have previously auditioned for the company and would prefer to only send in a DVD, you may do so as long as the quality is good and it's clearly marked. We will get back to you after the audition, via email, by Monday February 20th.
Your material should be marked "AUDITION FRIDAY", "AUDITION SATURDAY" or "PREVIOUSLY AUDITIONED" and must be sent no later than Friday, January 6th, 2012. Only after this date, will we be in contact with you.
